Modules of Tezicare
Tezicare is a cloud-based Health Management System suitable for small to large hospitals.
Reception
This module manages the entry point for most healthcare facilities. In some facilities, the reception still works as the cash point so this is also available in this module although we can have the cashier module separate altogether.
Admin Module
This is the hospital managers' module, allowing them to assign rights to users, monitor cash flow as well and track stocks. It is also the module that provides user account creation/deletion rights
Patient Registration
This module allows the management to do patient registration quickly and efficiently by capturing all requisite information
Inventory Management
This module helps the management keep track of their stock – both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical but vital for the medical service delivery. For a more in-depth Pharmacy/ Inventory management experience Tezicare offers Tezipharm as a separate product
Insurance Management
This module allows for listing all insurances accredited to the hospital which facilitates easier insurance claims by working hand in hand with the Discharge Summary module which provides the discharge report
Doctor Station
This module aids the doctors in offering their services, capturing impressions, instructions to the nurse, lab requests, and radiology requests as well as prioritizing patients in their queue. Information is only cascaded to the requisite desks while providing all patient history to the doctor for every visit
Inpatient Management
This module is vital for hospitals that provide inpatient treatment and allows for bed management as well as billing and rates. Invoices can be generated for both individuals and insurance companies.
Outpatient Management
This module handles service delivery for the day-to-day walk-in clients. This also allows for service provision that does not require doctor approvals like drug refills or routine injections.
Nurse Station
At the nurse station, Tezicare allows the nurses to record vitals, and provide one-off and off-the-shelf services while keeping track of billing and any communications from the doctors
Pharmacy
This module offers provisional drug dispensing for registered patients and the out-patients. For a more in-depth pharmacy/ inventory management experience, Tezicare offers Tezipharm as a separate product
Lab Module
The lab module provides an interface for the Lab officers to offer and bill lab services while also ensuring continuous and up-to-date communication between the lab and the doctor section
Billing Module
The billing module allows for cash collections and insurance invoicing. We provide MPESA integration upon request for those facilities with existing MPESA merchant accounts
Radiology
This module allows for the documentation of all radiology services offered by the hospital with their respective charges. It also ensures continuous and up-to-date communication between the lab and the doctor section
Medical Data
Tezicare will be your facility’s data bank with all patient data, and pharmaceutical records as well as your medical practitioners’ repository. Data can be accessed at any time and with a provision for up to 5 custom reports as requested by the facility
Mobile & Tablet Responsive
